Founding Farmers offers farm-inspired American true food and drink in a modern, casual and eco-friendly setting. From their modern farmhouse, their menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch include homemade and scratch-made traditional American classics inspired by the heartland.

Founding Farmers are dedicated to environmentally friendly practices at every turn. They are a Certified Green Restaurant, and offset their greenhouse gas emissions through Carbonfund.org. Founding Farmers is making a wide and deep commitment across a spectrum of important topics to help preserve the earth.

The staff believes that everyone benefits by knowing more about the sources of the food they eat and they therefore work diligently to ensure their restaurant walks its talk on matters of sustainability. Nearly all of their products are made by them, including all breads, pastries, dressings, sauces, pastas, desserts and even ice cream. When ingredients are available locally and it is sensible for them to buy them, they do so without hesitation. They serve chicken, beef, pork and dairy from certified sources that state their commitment to sustainable farming and clean foods. They also buy their seafood from vendors committed to the standards of Fish Watch.

Founding Farmers promote the products and services of family farms, ranches, and fisheries from across the country. They celebrate and share the long-standing connection between farmers – the first to lead the green movement – and their historic stewardship of natural resources.

Dining rooms at Foundation Farmers have family-style farm tables that can seat up to 12 guests.

Everything served is cooked from scratch, inspired by a blend of old favorites and new flavors. They also bring you classic American meals and modern adaptations of great farm recipes, with something for everyone.
